Dave's Starry Night

My brother resquested I paint him an interpretation of Starry Night. So cliche right? Or so assistant/boyfriend, Jeffrey, says - I somewhat agree. BUT, I thought it would be lots of fun. Here's what I have so far.

I used this completely perfect fabric for the background. I'm going for a multimedia technique. It's only 1/3 done. I'll update when I get more done.
